The bird photos are amazing. I love how you have the center one flying right out of his frame. And the background is so perfect for your photos. A true work of art.
love the out of frame effect on that 2nd from the right one where he's/she's presumably cleaning the underside of their wing and i'd be sad missing the next chapter of this families lives too, they must blend beautifully with the wattle, I've never seen rosella's with this colour variation, they are so pretty!
@bellbird Thanks Justine! Yes, these are Tassie Rosella's totally different to the blue and red ones we see in NSW. As you can see in this photo, when they are up in among the tree canopy they blend in really well (the red on the male below is the only thing that stands out), and as you said, when the wattle is blooming they are even harder to spot.
