Today

We've been coming to SW Florida since the early 80's and have lived here for many of those years. We have never seen a deer, let alone a fawn, until yesterday. I walked out by the pool and this sweet baby was standing right on the other side of our cage. I couldn't believe my eyes! The first thing I thought was that I didn't have my phone to take a picture. My DD was out there and I barely moved and mouthed for her to slowly hand me her phone. The poor thing was obviously separated from it's mother. I didn't stay long, but I got a few pictures.
