This is for the MOC7 Challenge #23 Playing with Paper Strips!

This is an old photo of my daughter from about 2000. We just happened to be walking by the Picture People on a slow day at the mall. The girl who was working was a little bored so she asked if she could take Rachel's picture. Rachel was never one to say no to a camera lens, lol...
