This event happened back in 2014, thought it was worth scrapping about....
I've been on a diet the last 2 weeks and was doing really well. Monday was a bad day for me, I was craving chocolate big time. I had this jar of wrapped chocolates I bought off a display for Christmas. At the time I was thinking of giving it as a gift in our gift exchange at work, but decided to keep it for part of my Christmas decoration, because it was sooooo pretty.
I’m not a big chocolate eater so I didn’t think it would be a problem having it around, but like I said I was craving chocolate, so I took the jar down from the shelf and got one of the chocolates out, my first thought was gee this is a light, must be lots of air in it making it all nice and fluffy. My mouth was watering just thinking about it. I proceeded to unwrap it and saw a little white peeking out (weird), I finished unwrapping it and found myself with a perfect round little Styrofoam ball......so much for my chocolate craving and so disappointed.
*smile* love your very beautiful page and blending....
♥and what a story - oh, I can imagine exactly how you looked forward to it ... and then the moment of insight and the great disappointment ....
but they look too tempting!
oh wow.. gorgeous page and great blending but yup I would be more than dissappointed if I was craving and ended up pwith styrofoam! Again, I too am glad you didn't give as a gift.. does it show anny stickers on the bottom of the container? I am wondering if you picked a bum piece or if they were all that way. Lovely page though and wonderful journnaling Fran!!
LOL! Were the squares wrapped around styrofoam too? Someone must have not wanted you to get off your diet, the stars were looking after you. Beautiful layout, I love the starbursts.
