DYD Day 3

I love the simplicity combined with beautiful design of this page. The navy colour that guides you through the layout is really striking. Makes me think this project may be do-able.

Thanks @willimena!! This template set (and her set for 2017 as well) will be what saves me this year! I love the simplicity of them. I did change my background to 8x8 instead of 12x12, so the elements and photos look larger on the page than in the set previews. I figure I can still mix in more complicated pages when time allows, but for most days, these simple pages will keep me on track!

@tkradtke that is lovely. The templates have so much white space I was intimidated by them. So you cropped the center to 8x8?

Thanks @burnbright! I probably made things more complicated than they needed to be. I made a new 8x8 canvas. Then selected everything but the background on the template and dragged it over to my new canvas. When using them for 12x12 pages, I'll sometimes just select everything but the background and enlarge it all until it fills the page the way I would like it to.
