JOURNALING: Kraft Dinner
When my sister and I were growing up, we never had that old standby comfort food Mac & Cheese. No, But we did have what we called “Kraft Dinner.” In my adult years, having eaten all types of "macaroni and cheese," maybe what we had wasn't that classic comfort food. But, for me, the contents of that blue box still brings back good memories and plenty of COMFORT.
