Trying out scrapping a low point in my life. Not something I've ever done before. Quite therapeutic! I found it a lot easier to go down the mixed media route for this. Not sure why

I love the very limited colour palette, speaks volumes on this page also evokes a sense of calm though, I hope that means that things have looked upwards a bit ( well a lot for you).
