"The South African Sunflower grow to be huge! This one happened to fall over with the wind from hurricane Florence. The head on this Sunflower measured about 16 inches across and weighed almost 5 pounds! Gene and Patti cut the rest of them down so that they could dry them out and collect the seeds. Some to feed the birds in winter, and one to plant next year!"
