we did a gravity ball over spring break! journaling reads:

DIZZINESS, AND RIDICULOUS PRIDE & EUPHORIA.
SMALLER RIDERS MAY BACK OUT, SOME MAY THREATEN
TO PUKE, AND OTHERS WILL BEG TO RIDE MORE THAN ONCE.
