@Juliestcyr - thank you. It is jut an easy way. At first on the original photo Image > Adjustments > Desaturate. Then I used a fotofilter with blue. I did a copy of the photo and extracted the flower. For the original I used the filter Gaussian Blur and adjust it for the frame. The flower got also a shadow.
