Journaling:
Then: We were worried about what they ate and slept. Did they get along with the other kids in school and did they have homework. Our home life was pretty boring during the week – focused on making sure that they had enough time to rest and get some play time in too! We lived in the townhouse in Rogers Park and had wonderful neighbors, the Daniels. Toby our chocolate lab took care of all of us.


Now: Both boys have graduated with degrees in history and psychology. Both have jobs and are living at home. Now we live in a house in the suburbs and we have terrific friends that we have made through school and the neighborhood. We remodeled the kitchen last year and we spent lots of time in there the 4 of us eating and watching TV and movies. Jack and Sully are our dogs now and they both love us to pieces.

Wow! This page is amazing! The colors are so striking. Such a lovely combination of the red, navy, black and white. The documentation of the passage of time is so heartwarming and beautiful, too.. I just love so so much about this, Luly!! :heartlub
