OMG, these are adorable! I was wondering why the ties were not attached to the bookmarks, LOL!!! Now I see they are and they are clear sealed.

@Dalis Yep, just bookmark sleeves that I printed the paper and slipped it into. Super easy! They come with a little punched hole at the top and that's what I attached the tassles, etc. too.
