this is, as usual, a perfect, heart warming and top of the elegance page!!!!! love the photo with the water splash perfection!!!! those acetate alphas are gorgeous and ohhhh your shadows, Ashley, such perfection!!!!!! (and I know I am repeating myself but, hey, your pages ARE perfection!!!!!) I do have some ambiguous memories of water balloon fights though.... the time of the year was a happy one, exciting summer during carnival (ours is in February in Brazil & Argentina)but I was so scared of being hit b y one of those boys' water balloons... I can feel here that they do have a great time playing!!!!!!
