Ooops, template missing

Started this as a SWL MIS scrap with several template previews on my screen. Got to pulling all the items to fit the rules and flat forgot a template was involved, lol. But but but, I love what happened and had to share it - one of my best 'regular' LOs so far I think.

Followed these rules:
9. Use a polka dot flat ribbon or bow.
7. Don't use any flower elements.
4. Use tape, staple(s), and stitches.
1. Have 3 or more photos.
6. Use black, navy, charcoal, or dark grey as your background paper (must see at least 25% of background)..
