Drop cap text boxes

- For MOC Day 10 Storytelling with Drop Caps
use a text box for the 1st part of the journaling (shown in red)
use and 2nd text box for the remainder of the journaling (shown in blue)
then your Drop Cap can go on its own text layer (or in a 3rd text box if you like). simply slide it into place. (shown in green)
