LOs come together quickly with Paula Kesselring's Page Borders. I used some ellies too from Beginning Bundle. The background was made with Paper Collection #5.
I think the shadows and shades of blue in the main background photo are gorgeous! And I love the combination of the fish sketches with the full color fish.
