Good luck getting ready for your first 5K. My goal my first year of running was to do a 5K a month. I made it along with another 40 of them, 4 half marathons, a few 10 k's and 3 marathons (over the following 10 years). After being off for 2 years, I'm SLOWLY working my way back to running a 5K (so much harder now that I'm 68 yrs old). I don't know your playlist but I love how you use it. I listened to albums on my ipod (old school). Great way to use the template BTW.
