This brings back so many memories. We had that black phone and a party line when I was a young girl. I remember when the push button phone was the exotic update of the dial version. I had a princess phone for a time - whoo hoo! LOVE, love, love the layout, Christa!!
@dvhoward oh yes re the button phone! Shame the kids of today have no idea! Plus soon it will be what is a pay phone and what are penny loafers? That slot for the penny or you put a dime in your shoe to call your parents for a ride home if you needed it... as Archie & Edith Bunker would say: "Those were the Days"!!
