when I was in my teens and early 20s, I would quote to my mum a poem from Kahlil Gibran...that says" yOur Children are not Your Children but the sons and daughters of Life..." and it goes on saying how we need to let our children experience their own path..... now I have an almost 20 years old daughter, not sure I like that poem that much.... but that is life.... hope you feel a bit better, you are right, things pass, and I know for sure God knows where He sends us and why....even though at times we can't see it or don't like what goes on.... love your journaling, super heart felt and gorgeous photo...!!!!!!
