okay it is a triple exposure...but my little brother passed away (2 years on Easter Eve) Cancer sucks. My mom had a bout a year before he was diagnosed, scanned all our slides. I have not been able to scrap a page with his face without just losing it. This page was done with smiles. It is not a misspelling of Brother in the word art from the collab or Little Butterfly Wings and Studio Basic. Long ago, I had a wooden autograph horse...and Danny wanted to write on it. As big sisters are, I was a bit bossy. I finally let him, with PERMANENT marker. He wrote, I love you, your bother, Danny (with a really big Y). lol so for the rest of time, he became my Bother. I love him and miss him so much.
This story and page has stolen my heart, Anne. I love the multiple exposures overlaying each other, really telling the story of your "bother". Hugs re: his passing. I'm glad you are scrapping his beautiful face.
Aw Anne! This makes me smile so much. I love that he signed his name that way... little bother! Lol! I'm also so happy that you are able to scrap him with smiles finally. Keeps him fresh in your heart and remembering the good times rather than only the pain of losing him.
What an awesome LO about your lil' bro... the triple exposure is so cool It's great therapy to scrap the loss of someone so dear, though the void is still there. Hold those fond memories close, my friend.
