It is a puurrrfect summer page Jenn. I love the movement depicted by little circles of papers and elements strewn over and even the textured lines on the paper. You seem to have taken the best bits from all BYOC packs and that is no mean feat. I love it!!!!

This is just darling, Jenn!  Love how you used the vellum and I adore the bits and pieces of vivid color against the white, super title treatment too!
