Over the summer I took a job and was unexpectedly told they would not be offering the permanent position they promised. After first trying to blame a couple of mistakes on me that we all knew weren\'t mine, they decided I was simply told " you're too nice" to work there. Apparently my customer service skills and way of offering to be polite to clients was not appreciated. We wonder why customer service is bad, well apparently the extra 2 seconds it takes is too long. I moved on, but remained angry so this was truly scrap therapy for me. The photo is from that clinic when my husband sent me some flowers after I'd worked there my first month.

Ugh. That's awful. However, you can never be too nice, so they can just stick it! Hmph! Stay nice and find a nicer place who will appreciate you and your kindness!
Wow--that was crappy way to treat people...I believe customer service has gone downhill everyone is out for the big bucks--its not right at all...i love your page for it really truly allowed you to tell your story...
oh! that's terrible. would you believe that CS in the US is a whole world better than here in Germany? I love your page. I'm glad you could get some of your anger out!
All I can say is "WOW"!! I'm cruising your gallery looking for a LO to lift for Nov and this stopped me cold! You're right - that's what's wrong with businesses today! I came home earlier this week and just had to vent to my hubby about how people acted. It's no wonder so much stores are going out of business and people are ordering online (like me). Anyway, I love your layout!!
