Love the b/w theme with just a few colors popping out.  The photo treatment really suits the layout.

i am in love with your page compostition ... the colors, the play of patterns in strips. SO pleasing to the eye! thanks for giving the challenge a go ... your page is gorgeous. and i agree the picking the photo for something like this is often the hardest part!
