I wasn't going to read the entirety of your journaling, but once I started I couldn't stop.  Your memories of your Mom and the holiday traditions you shared are so wonderful and sincere.  What you had with her is very special and will never be far from your heart!  Thanks for sharing this with us, I know it couldn't have been easy.
