My journaling reads:
The first time we stayed in a water villa, was in 2011, when we stayed at Velassaru. Yes, it was a bit more pricey than staying in a beach villa, but the fact that I didn’t get bitten by mosquitoes was absolutely priceless!

that water is unreal to my eyes! the curve of the pier and the burst of color around the photo really are stunning!

Sometimes it's in the little details.  There is this place that our neighbors and I like to go but we always pay A LOT more just to have a private bathroom vs. a bathroom to share. LOL!!!
