this is both artistic and eye-catching, and sad and honest (to me). i could use the first paragraph to describe my daughter's random, disjointed questioning too. I need to buy more patience also, just haven't found a store that sells it yet ;)
 
Interetingly, Justine, my youngest daughter takes after my MIL in many ways, including the crazy questions. It doesn't make me nearly as nuts with my daughter, though. :)
 
I had to come comment - I saw your entre in the thread about not having inspiration until your MIL showed up.  I can relate to that!  I think it's a very clever vent - and possibly something you could show your daughter when she's grown up so she can see that she had this in common with her grandmother (not the driving you crazy bit, but the way she thinks bit).  :)
 
Love the way it looks like she's reading the journaling.  Your choice of (lack of) colors is brilliant because it really lets the photo and journaling stand out.  I have to remember that a page does not need elements to be complete.  This is such an excellent example of that!  Thank you for sharing.
