WOW! This is so powerful! First of all I LOVE the huge amounts of journaling paired with the perfect amount of elements around and the frame around everything. Second, I'm so sorry that you missed your Grandpa. Darn plane!
This is amazing. the design is perfectly, tragically beautiful, as are the words, which ring in my heart. This happened to me in June of this past year. We were coming to see Grandad from Germany, he had been holding on in the hospice for a few weeks. Unfortunately, as we were flying out of Germany, he was quietly passing away in Seattle. We didn't find out until we'd arrived, and sadly, missed saying goodbye. Thank-you, for sharing your story.
