This is amazing, Sara! Your layering and shadows are perfect. Love your heartfelt journaling. As a "transplant" I can so relate to many of the feelings you have expressed so eloquently. As I have learned, home IS where our hearts live, wherever in the world that may be. Love, love, love this.
You make the best photo-less templates and you show them off to perfection!! First I love the story as I always do with yours, but I also love all the little embellishments and layering. I agree, shadowing tutorial, sign me up, I want to learn how to do it in PS!
I love the 3-column journaling, the central border cluster, layering, shadowing and honest heartfelt journaling. What a great way to scrap a page, when you are unable to share the particulars with the world, but want to share the underlying feelings.
