disclaimer that i can't read the real estate info but based on the watercolour skills here, your little one has more talent at keeping it inside the lines than me! love the grass yarn and cloud border rows and that you had the perfect pattern paper for this! thanks for scrapping like you... sounds weird but i don't know how else to say it?!
