i feel like disney food is almost as iconic as the rides or characters (the tokyo parks have the most random but interesting variations on some 'normal' things like churros - i know we skipped the spicy korean squid on a stick in hong kong disney but that was the most 'we're not in kansas anymore' thing we saw there, tokyo was another world in so many ways - i'm still yet to have a legit dole whip *sigh*) - i feel like you're inspiring me to make a food pocket page soon
