@mcurtt Thank you! yes, a succulent statue of a woman. Her hair, her dress, covered in Hens and Chicks. There were so many of these statues, a whole Mariachi band too. I appreciate your kind words. I agonized over this page for days. This is the third page. Start, stop, delete. ARGHHHH! If only I would stop doubting myself, sigh.

I’m sorry you agonized over this page! I’m the same and every page takes me waaaaaaay too long. I love how this turned out! The butterflies and blending on the right are my favorite but I also love the banner hanging right under the photo.

@trekmmom - you have created a beautiful page. I like your treatment of the photo with the flowers and butterflies atop it.
I, too, recognize those "not quite right" moments when working on a layout. Sometimes I am reminded to just go with "Good Enough" and stop fiddling with it. Or at least move on to something else and come back to it later with fresh eyes.
