I adore this. Gorgeous. Do you have a special cutter or do you cut it out by hand? Do you use sticker paper, card stock or photo paper?

I have a silhouette cameo 4 to do the cutting, I sometimes use sticker paper, but here I used mat photo paper @trekmom
