- Rottnest Island is a small summer paradise of the coast of Western Australia. No cars on the island, its bikes all the way. Its a hot spot for local family's for the holidays. You have to go into a lottery draw for accomodation. Been trying for 6 years now no luck. But you can go for day trips via the ferry. We love going to Rotto for the day.
