I love everything about this, from the way you framed the focal point of the photo to the painted bits of the background and the title work...gorgeous!
That was the sort of thing I originally thought of doing... or using one photo to complete an image that got cut off... Would be very handy for that... I really like the composition of your page, and all the layering....
