We have quite a large front garden and I was a bit meh about the plants the builder put in.
Our gardener added some things for me, but it still felt like it needed more colour.
I bought a Bourgainvillea and sadly when I got it home the roots were not fully formed. It split into two parts and I put them in pots, but I didn't have a great deal of confidence that they would take root. Well, they suprised me. They are now gorgeous and the whole garden smells amazing.
