Fantastic memory, Luly! Boy were you lucky that you had the Barbie camper etc... I am much older than you, and the last B/K that I got were Malibu Barbie & Ken... My best friend Mary did not like to play Barbies either and I had to beg her lol.. then one day she ripped Ken's head almost clear off. LOL We still laugh about that to this day... I finally gave all my Barbie stuff to the good will 3 or 4 months ago. I had hand me down real Barbie stuff from the neighbor and then I too had my Grandmother and Aunt make me Barbie doll clothes. While I gave it all away, I did save the most favorite jumper dress they made me for Barbie just for memory sake. I know your cousins were very happy to have your Barbies. As a laugh you should ask Stephanie if she and her sister(s) still have them!

@cfile My cousin Stefanie is my scrapping buddy and we were talking recently and she said that he mom gave them all away... :-( I have a couple that I got as an adult including Architect Barbie!
@lulyg14 So sorry Luly, but at least you know someone else is enjoying your Barbies!! That is what I said when I gave them to good will 4 months ago.. they have been in a box with the rest of my childhood toys I saved (viewmasters etc) for well over 50 years.. someone should enjoy them. I have no one to hand them down to and they were in a box LOL... I did save my childhood t-shirt of the Mickey Mouse Club that I had on my babydoll, so I have a few momentos of childhood. Glad you scrap with Stephanie!
