Translation:
We've gone to Kalmar to celebrate our 25th anniversary. A long weekend at hotel and lots of sight seeing. We visit Kalmar Castle, walk around town to look at everything, and a trip over to Öland [island outside the coast of Kalmar]. We eat tons of good food and just relax. On the way home, we go to the hospital area. Here I was born, 52 years and 23 days ago. The exact house where I was born was torn down a couple of years ago, but it's still fun to go back to where it all begun. It's the first time I see Kalmar, at least that I remember.
