@KayTeaPea Wow, it must be an often-used word in Japan, I looked it up. the Japanese word for cherry blossom trees and their blossoms. That helps. We have a Sakura restaurant here that has hibachi along with regular seating. The sushi is divine. I should take my mom out to lunch there soon. I can see why the word is used often. I am glad it is a mom and pop place and not a chain restaurant. I am in CT.
