Duh, I'm such a dork sometimes. I was looking at your layout from my tablet and thought you were playing a board game. Signed on to my laptop, saw the title and realized you were picking your lot out. Well, maybe it is a bit like a board game, but it sure sounds like you are winning. So happy for you and your new home, but I miss pics of Frank.
