Weather-the-Storm

This was supposed to be for the Rachel Jeffries January 2022 challenge...then I forgot and snagged a layer from a TLP collab that was an NBK piece. *facepalm* That said, I didn't *want* to change out that layer because somehow, with the manipulating I did, I discovered a bird peeking out of the white gesso and I liked him.

All papers and elements, except the gesso layer, from Rachel Jefferies - Whatever the Weather Collection, and one layer from the Lilypad Collaboration "Bloom and Grow" Bloghop (a while back).
