i love that you went with the clean mosaic placement in a cool array of coordinating papers - i had a quick look at GIMP before the chat and it looked like the sizing and spacing for square brushes was pretty easily doable, can i ask were you able to do the colour jitter to help you isolate random squares and clip your various papers easier?
@bellbird I used the brushes and then I created a grid clicking filters (top of the panel) - render - pattern - grid; first I changed the color to orange, then I changed the width, spacing and offset, watching practically on the preview, so I don't remember exactly the numbers, but when I thought it was ok, changed back the color to black and I click ok,
