Used Vanishing Point filter for word art on fence, and used the minimum filter for a slight sketch effect.

@mcurtt I was super busy in October with everything and was sorry I missed your challenge. I just saw it today after it was over and so I said hmmm I have never used that... let me check it out.. it is tricky at first but then wow what fun!
