We love Halloween. I didn't have it when I was growing up, but enjoyed so much Sarita's childhood ones, we did dress up, make up, trick or treat, the lot...it was fun
But if you ask me about the most terrifying stopr5my night... I never associate with Halloween, but one summer night in Brazil, January 2005... it was raining lots and the air was terribly dense... something happened in the village (probably one of the tracks delivering beer or fizzy drinks) tun over one of the lecky poles and.... the whole village is on black out. Our friend Rachel was staying with us, this is a fierce woman, afraid of virtually nothing.... but when that female frog literally leaped out of nowhere, jumping a brill wall that divided the two back bedrooms (think almost 6 feet, we don;t build the walls up to the beams of the roof as used to be so hot, you needed ventilation) and we heard the sound, it landed in the toilet seat lid...Raquel jumps into the bed under the mosquito net and refuses to leave for the duration...I go look...and here she is , this female frog with legs so long...and eyes that are terrifying and look at you in total arrogance (can't think of a better word)... so, yes, never mind snakes or spiders or whatever.... but never ever again put me anyone near one of these. I always say when Sarita was born the first night we spent in the hospital bedroom, I had a great room all for myself,and I kept crying (of happiness) and it felt like I was looking in the eyes of God looking at this not so tiny human....I think the frog was the eyes of evil.
I know the page does not reflect too much the story, but I still haven't done the hard drive restore, so no photos even of many Halloweens (Sarita gave some today after she saw me painting -with my mouse- LOL some Halloween make up into a normal photo of hers. I was gonna add a frig but it didn;t quiet cut it .... anyway, enough of me
