Like so many iGen moments, this story starts with you having a random question & asking Google who invented scissors. (Was it DaVinci?) You then went on to read the history of shears & such (they date back to Mesopotania 3000 to 4000yrs ago) and a
Wikipedia entry that mentioned foot-operated scissors & so you Googled some more .
In between fits of laughter, you decided you had to try it yourself, not deterred that we didn’t have specialty ‘foot-scissors’. I’m sure it was even more difficult because you were doubled over in tears from laughing. We were both amazed you could actually hold them with your toes,but seeing you so close to falling off the chair, I deemed trying to cut paper was too much of a risk!
