August Journaling Challenge

- Scrap about something that makes/made us happy. I finally got fairly close to one of the new birds that came to the pond. It's a Little Blue Heron and it's very skittish. There are two of them and they typically won't let a human anywhere near them. I got as close to it yesterday as I ever have. I even had my dog with me, but I've trained her to sit and stay whenever I take pictures.
