What we are missing because of the pandemic/lock downs/general craze in the world..... we are missing a few things, but this one is one that could have helped hugely for me to feel a bit better health wise....We had a trip to Seville in Spain booked and payed, for end of June. Sarita (DD) was there last year for the summer on an internship and she wanted to take me....not to the touristic landmarks or even the Game of Thrones locations (I never watched it !!!) but the [laces they would EAT..... you can tell we are foodies with all our heart and soul!!!) Anyway, journaling has 225 words if I am not mistaken, I may have changed some words or added others to make it fit aesthetically in the mason jar, which, by the way, I got from a free clipart site because I don't have access to my old kits, when I saw Liz's template, I was sure the journaling shape was actually one of those, so I had to make it!!! anyway, journaling reads:
This thing has been affecting me gradually into more frustration
as it goes on. The beginning made me feel like, ok, not much
missed as I have been holed in anyway, then we started to talk about how lucky and blessed we were that so many things happened just before all this started, one of the main was my birthday surprise,Sarita had bought tickets to Waitress in the West End, she did so in advance and, by some blessed ray of light, got us amazing seats on the premiere Sara Beirelles & Gavin Creel which was supposed to run for 6 weeks….. well… people who got tickets for the following weeks weren't as lucky as we were… many other things count into the positive story, but the one thing that we are missing and break our hearts is the trip to Sevilla. We had booked tickets & hotel for the end of June, at the beginning we thought maybe by then…. well we didn't even have to do anything, Ryanair contacted us asking if we wanted a refund or move to another date. Doubt that we will be able to make it this year, I guess the good side of it maybe that gives us time to get a new wheelchair as mine has most definitely come to the end of it's life….
