love the grid lines/?fence through the architectural part and how the pencil and those fab flowers just pop out of the screen!

I can see why it's your dream house, Cindy. Doesn't it look lovely with the sketch effect and paint! I love the shape of it too, and the different levels. Almost as beautiful as your layout!
