This is great, Bev. I like that each block of your memory quilt is distinct and clear in its message. I think many of us grew up in simpler times and enjoy reminders of them.

Love the newspaper background that you used! I can relate to so many of your blocks.

wow and wow!!!! wow because I made you at least 20 years younger than me...but if your childhood was in the 60s that wouldn't apply as much...and wOw to the page!!!!!!!!!!!! it is all so marvelously represented, love the colors with the newspaper base , not sure if you did it consciously but to me the 60s were the black and white era, so it makes sense to have it as background... LOVE this all over!!!!!!!!!!!

@MrsPeel - Yup - my mommy gave me good skin and I have taken good care of it. And the Lord blessed me with slow-to-grey hair. I will be 60 in June, but I am only 33 on the inside. Thanks for your kind words - always a blessing to hear from you.
