what the heck is tripe? That's pretty much how I felt those last few days in public too! Though I'll admit I had one of those shopping trips where I filled my cart with yogurt, meat, and chips. LOL. All my kids wanted were chips. Your page is beautiful.
this is really how you learn what your limits are, hey! i'd be drawing the line at the tripe too although i'm sure there's a good many scottish recipes that use it (my DH's fam's side) but it's not something i could ever talk my kids into let alone get thru cooking without gagging!
