Halloween tags

- I made these for the kids in my 4K class for their Halloween goodie bags. I think they will like them!
I used Trick or Treaters by Kate Hadfield.
I cut the tags using SVG files on my cricut and I hand cut the trick or treaters and added glitter by Martha Stewart. The ribbon was from my stash (probably from Michael's).
